You Yang, Director of X Museum and a member of its Board of Directors. He previously served as the Art Director of UCCA Group and the Deputy Director of UCCA Ullens Center for Contemporary Art.

You Yang closely follows the dynamics and integration of urban and consumer culture. He has held various roles, including arts institution manager, columnist, curator, art management lecturer, and public relations and marketing expert. He focuses on contemporary museum theory, exploring collaborative research projects across cultural fields, public art projects, and government cooperation projects.

Before joining UCCA, he served as the Marketing Director for the Chinese edition of *TimeOut Beijing* magazine, Deputy General Manager of the China International Gallery Exposition (CIGE), Asian Advisor for the Miami ArtAsia Art Fair in the USA, and Art Advisor for the Hyundai Motor Cultural Center. He has nearly 20 years of experience working in art institutions.
